South Korean electronics manufacturer GS4 Active Samsung has unveiled a stronger, stronger and waterproof version of its record-breaking flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S3. The handset is IP5 quality resistant, which can last for about 3 minutes under three feet of water. A few days ago, Samsung released the Galaxy S5 Mini version.
However, this is not the first waterproof device Sony has launched in the market along with other “water-proof” Xperia tablets and smartphones.
The Galaxy S4 features a 4.1 GHz quad-core processor, a 25 mAh battery, a 5-inch LCD screen with 5-inch resolution, 1GB of internal storage, 2GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, and more. Powered by Android 1.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, this set will support LTE Fourge. There is a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash in the rear and a 2MP secondary camera in the front.
In GS4 you will get some good software features like Drama Shot, Sound & Shot, Samsung Smart Scroll, Air View Gesture, Smart Pause, Watch On, Best Face, Continuous Shot Rich Tone, Chat On, Samsung Hub.
Samsung is yet to announce the price of GS5 Active or launch date in the market. I hope these facts are known soon.
